In the past , mooncakes were often a rare treat for those who were used to feeling hungry .

High in sugar and oil , traditional mooncake have rich fillings like red bean or salted egg .

They also are 800 calories each .

As a result , mooncakes have become sth. of a health problems .

Fruits & vegetables mooncakes are popular day after day .

But an old habits die hard , for hundreds of years it lasted .

We get used to those old taste of mooncakes .
